As People + Culture Manager, Lauren handles various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. Committed to empowering individuals and promoting a harmonious atmosphere and well-rounded team, she leads TLC in fostering a positive workplace culture where employees can thrive and grow. Her endeavors extend to streamlining HR processes and implementing strategies to enhance team morale, all of which reflect her dedication to ensuring the company's success.

After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Arizona State University, Lauren started her Human Resources career in Boulder, Colorado, where she worked at Sage Hospitality Group. Seeking new opportunities, she later relocated to Austin and joined TLC, where her experience has been instrumental in contributing to their HR practices.

Outside of work, you can find Lauren buying a few too many house plants, playing piano, or discovering a new favorite restaurant in Austin’s ever expanding dining scene.
